Australian Consumer Law & Refunds
Our courses are provided in Australia and are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You have statutory guarantees concerning the supply of services including that services will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for purpose.
Cancellations, transfers & course changes
Participants may transfer bookings subject to availability and any applicable fees. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions; in such cases you may accept an alternative date or receive a full refund.
Non-attendance: *** refund is provided for non-attendance except where ACL guarantees apply or by prior written agreement.
Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control; we will endeavour to offer reasonable alternatives.

Intellectual property
All course content, handouts, photography, designs and teaching materials are copyright of Senikeli or our licensors. Participants are granted a limited licence to use materials for personal and educational purposes only. Commercial reproduction or resale is prohibited without prior written permission.
If you believe your IP rights have been infringed by content on our site, contact us immediately so we can investigate and, if appropriate, remove the content.
Privacy, data retention & student records
We collect and retain personal information for enrolment, course delivery and regulatory compliance. Our full privacy practices are set out on the Privacy Policy page. We retain student records in accordance with applicable Australian laws and industry standards.
Students may request access to their records; we will respond within a reasonable period subject to verification of identity and legal requirements.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data. However *** system is completely secure; report suspected breaches to our privacy officer immediately.
Complaints, dispute resolution & governing law
We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. Please email details to senikeli@hotmail.com including your booking reference.
- We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
- We will investigate and provide a proposed resolution within 10 business days.
- If unresolved, parties may consider mediation or escalate to relevant external bodies (e.g. NSW Fair Trading or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) depending on the issue.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
Accessibility & additional terms
We strive to make our workshops accessible. Please notify us before booking if you have accessibility needs so we can make reasonable adjustments.
Publicity: By attending a public workshop you consent to photographs or recordings that may be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the session.
